Craig Pearce

Managing Director

Nikota Capital was established by Craig who has over two decades experience in real estate investment in Asia Pacific, across all major asset classes and deal formats. Craig commenced his career with Japan’s largest private developer, Mori Building, and moved on to work in the real estate investment platforms of two major investment banks, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, based in Tokyo and later Hong Kong. He spent a decade of his career investing in and managing real estate assets on behalf of institutional investors in Japan.

Craig holds an AMDP in Real Estate from Harvard University, and graduated from Griffith University in Australia with a Bachelor of International Business and Bachelor of Asian Studies.

Dan Tagliere

Managing Director

Dan has over three decades experience in real estate investment in Asia Pacific across a variety of asset classes and previously has held regional roles with firms including UBS and Marriott International. As a principal developer, he also developed over 500,000 sf of luxury residential during this time.

Dan graduated from Miami University and holds an EMBA from Kellogg-HKUST.

Shusuke Ide

Director

Shusuke has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry in Japan covering sales, leasing and property management. He is a licensed real estate broker and oversees transactions at Nikota.
